Maximizing Views with New Infinity Picture Windows

Located at the very top of Chestnut Ridge in Ohio sits a mid-century modern home occupied by Lisa, her husband, and their family of rescue ducks. Lisa and her family were drawn to the home for its expansive views overlooking the pond and wanted to take full advantage of their beautiful surroundings.

“We purchased the home because of the view, and the windows allow you to maximize the view,” said Lisa. “That was very important to us. We bought a view, and to view it, we need the windows and we need the windows to look really nice.”

Lisa knew her home needed an upgrade to get the most out of their home.

Choosing Infinity

For her new windows, Lisa had three requirements in mind:

  • Highlight the expansive views
  • Keep the mid-century modern look authentic
  • Windows with low maintenance and upkeep

They received bids from three other window brands in the area and chose Infinity as they were the only windows that delivered on everything they were looking for.

On top of that, Infinity windows are made of an incredibly strong fiberglass material called Ultrex®. That means less frame, more glass, and bigger views.

“We were drawn to Infinity because we would not lose as much visual space that we were used to seeing,” said Lisa. “We also chose fiberglass because of the upkeep because we're out here in the elements, and we wanted something that would be more permanent that we wouldn't have to worry about upkeep and maintenance on.”

Infinity Experience

Once they selected Infinity, Lisa and her husband were shocked at how seamless the installation was.

“With Infinity we had a great experience,” said Lisa. “We thought it was going to be very challenging and it turned out to be a fairly easy, seamless process.”

They removed the old windows and were able to install new windows with trim that perfectly matched the mid-century modern design they were searching for.

“My husband is a supervisor extraordinaire, and he really had no complaints,” said Lisa. “He was watching them the whole time, and we didn't really have any questions or concerns that they needed to address.”

Lisa and her family got everything they were looking for — less maintenance, architectural consistency, big views of the pond and ducks, and windows that last a lifetime.
