"We actually looked at a lot of homes before we picked this house. And we fell in love with the layout and we fell in love with the beautiful windows and being able to bring the outdoors, inside," said the homeowner, Teresa.

The biggest challenge Vince and Teresa faced during the replacement process was a lack of information — they didn’t know what they didn’t know. "Vince is usually the one that gets stuck by the window. We call that the 'hot seat' because with the old windows, you would sit there and especially in the afternoon with the sun beaming in, he would get up and the back of his shirt would be sweaty from sitting in that seat. And we don’t have that problem anymore," said Teresa.
