Celebrating 25 years of leading with purpose
There are plenty of ways to measure the success of Infinity over the past 25 years. We’ve grown our team, welcomed new dealer partners, and introduced innovations that expanded what we can offer to homeowners. But some of the most important accomplishments aren’t as easy to measure. They’re found in the relationships we’ve built, the trust we’ve earned, and the company values that have remained constant along the way.
That progress begins with a strong example of leadership. That’s why it’s especially meaningful that Dan Marvin, president of Infinity by Marvin, has been named the recipient of Window + Door magazine’s 2026 Legacy Leadership Award. He was honored at GlassBuild America in Las Vegas in September.
The Legacy Leadership Award is a new category for 2026 and recognizes individuals whose work has made a lasting impact on the industry. The magazine highlighted Dan’s long-term perspective, commitment to people, and approach to leadership, with colleagues describing him as someone who leads with clarity, empowers others, and earns trust through consistency and accountability.
Nearly 25 years ago, Dan co-founded Infinity with Tom Goldsmith. Since then, a lot has changed, but the principles behind the business have stayed consistent. By intentionally building relationships with independent dealer partners who share and uphold our values, Dan has helped ensure that growth hasn’t come at the expense of character. This was evident to Tom from the beginning.
Having worked with both Dan's father, Frank Marvin, and grandfather, Bill Marvin, Tom recognized many of their admirable qualities in Dan. He saw it in Dan’s focus on business partners and their success, as well as his dedication to treating employees with care and acknowledging their valuable contributions.

Window + Door similarly recognized the trusted dealer partner network and commitment to quality, ethical practices, and exceptional customer experiences that have developed under his leadership. These are some of the same principles that have been present since the founding of Marvin more than 100 years ago.
This long history makes the word "legacy" especially fitting. As a fourth-generation member of the Marvin family, Dan Marvin is carrying forward something that began long before Infinity. At the same time, he is helping shape what comes next. With the fifth generation of the Marvin family already part of the business, the legacy continues.
