We recently had Infinity from Marvin windows installed in our home.(14 windows and 1 patio door). Our temperature in the home now is much more consistent and the home is also much more quieter than before. With the fall temperatures getting cooler and lots more wind, our thermostat has been set lower than in the past and we have not heard the wind or traffic noises as we also did before. You could never guess that these are replacement windows. They fit perfectly in the respective spaces and the woodwork trim is beautiful that matches perfectly with the other trim. The Installation team has been very respectful of us and our space and has been extremely attentive to details to make sure that our installation was done perfect. Due to the popularity and quality of this product, our wait from contract was a little longer than expected, but we are more than very happy with our final out come. Thank you Deb&Rich Meyer Windsor Co.

The need for window replacement causes anxiety trying to find a quality product and then there's the concern about proper installation and who do you feel comfortable having in your home. We were very happy to see your Infinity from Marvin product in the show room. Also getting the information we needed about the product and the in home sales visit for window measurement and installation procedure,we were sold. The Infinity from Marvin window product was exactly what we were looking for to replace our wood casement windows. Something that looks the same as wood that could be stained and would last much longer than purchasing another wood window product. After conversations with Ted and Brent we felt confident we were choosing the right product and the right people for the installation. We saw the benefits immediately. The Everwood and Interior trim around the windows is absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend the Infinity from Marvin Windows for anyone home.

This is just to give you feedback of how happy Nex-Gen Exteriors has made us after such a disappointment with the windows we purchased from Renewal by Andersen. We live in an area with a great view but the downside to the view is the windy conditions we encounter. We contacted Andersen because of friends said that they were some of the best windows made. From the start it was clear our concerns about our winds that our needs were looking for the best windows. Being assured they had the best product on the market we purchased 5 windows with the expectation to replace the remaining windows over the next few years. Within a week of the new windows being installed we knew we had major problems with the Fiberex windows They were not any better than the old windows they replaced. After a couple of service calls the answer was that they meet the specifications for the windows we purchased it was just that we live in a very windy area. Why did you sell us windows that won't work for the application we needed? We now have purchased the Infinity From Marvin Ultrex fiberglass windows. For the rest of our home. They are superior in every way to the Fiberex windows. No air leaks and a nicer view with the thinner frames. We just wish we would have started with the Marvin windows because we would have saved much time, reduced the stress and best of all saved money. These Renewal by Andersen windows leak air worse than my old vinyl windows that we took out. Thanks Brent And Nex-Gen Exteriors in Loveland Co. We love our new Infinity Fiberglass Windows.

We recently completed installation of Marvin Infinity windows throughout our house and are very pleased with the results.
A couple of observations:
1. Our old windows were 33 year old Anderson windows and the Infinity product has the same look and style as the old ones which retains the look that originally attracted us to the house.
2. We have not experienced a mid-west winter as yet so I cannot comment too much yet on energy efficiency but outdoor sound is definitely reduced (our house backs up to a busy street and, although we can still hear the traffic, it is much less of a distraction.)
3. Our interactions with Marvin and their contractor/installers have been very positive and we are very satisfied with the product.
Overall we are very pleased with our choice of Marvin Infinity windows and would make the same choice again.

We decided that we wanted to put windows on our screened porch so we called Champion and Bee. Dallas showed up first. I was so impressed by his knowledge, honesty and trustworthiness that I told my wife to cancel the Champion appointment. I was going with Bee. I asked a lot of questions and Dallas answered them all honestly. Yes, Bee cost more but here is why- Bingo. You question price once but question quality forever. The installers were magnificent, knowledgeable, proficient, professional, and they put in a full day's work and cleaned up all of their mess. Even though they still had work to complete, I called Dallas back for price on doing the entire house. Once again, very impressed. When they did the whole house (in two days) they found rot in three windows. Rather than install over it, they pointed it out. Rather than tell us we had to get that fixed, they fixed it for the cost of materials and drywall hour rate. The windows are magnificent. The house looks better now than when brand new.
Further more the Infinity windows by Marvin are handsome and the wood work inside exactly matches the rest of the interior molding. Moreover, our a/c is now operating efficiently because we are not getting heat from outside - for the first time in 20 years. I replaced a/c before because it didn't cool adequately; it was the windows and not the a/c! I have never been happier with a purchase. Bee and all of your staff are the best. This is not a paid endorsement but a very happy consumer. I have already recommended you to everyone I know. Well done. You have my permission to use this endorsement.

WE ordered replacement windows for the front of our home from Marvin. The local contractor was Amazing Doors and Siding in Dallas area.
From the very first visit by the sales person though installation, this was a very well organized and painless experience. The quality of the windows is excellent in all respects. I mistakenly ordered the wrong color for interior side ( tan instead of white ) when we called to ask what if anything could be done if anything to fix this, they recommended a very high quality local painter to come and paint it for us. So, we did that and it really looks great. We still need the handles to be replaced in the windows to a white color instead of tan, but they have assured me this is being taken care. So, overall a very good experience and one that did not take a single day off my expected life span.

Our front window was the last window to be replaced in a 40-45 year old house. After seeing what was offered at a Home & Garden Show, we decided on the Infinity bay window. I had requested that the installer put in a cedar frame around the window to match the rest of the house. Brent did a super job of filling in the top of the window where it meets the soffit. He made a great effort to make it match as well as specializing it to the window. We have had many great comments on it. In doing a home remodel later in the year, we decided to go with a cedar siding on the front part of the house and as a result, what he put around the window was the reason we put the cedar siding on the house. It looks like we planned it intentionally. Right now we are waiting on a few touch up spots to be done on the window itself as well as having someone look at the side window that doesn't seem to be working quite right. As Brent put the window in, I was amazed that one guy could put in such a big window all by himself. He did a great job with staining the inside to match the oak finiish of the other windows. We have had a loot of good comments about the end result. I would recommend Infinity windows to any one looking for a quality window. In the remodel I've loearned that paying a little more pays off int he long run. Thank you for doing such a super job.
